Q: How do I place an order?
A: Select the hanger type, colour, the selling unit (box or dozen) and the quantity of units and click
add to cart. Once you have completed your selection the system will take you through the check out process. It is very simple and straight forward.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Absolutely. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We use DPS (Data Processing Services), a very secure payment system so you don't need to worry about using your credit details on our website.
Q: I haven't got a credit card. How do I pay?
A: You can place an order by E Mailing
sales@wearcare.co.nz and send us a request. As a new client we will complete a proforma invoice and send it to you via the E Mail address you have provided. Our invoice includes banking details. Pay by direct debit into our bank account and notify us of the payment. As soon as the payment shows up, we'll dispatch the goods to you. As soon as the payment is cleared, the goods will get dispatched to you but bear in mind this process might take a few days.
Q: Do you deliver anywhere in NZ?
A: Yes, we use Aramex Couriers. When you check out your order, select the area you live in and the total number of selling units you have ordered (box or dozen). The system will calculate the delivery cost automatically and include it as part of the purchase price.
Q: Where are you based? Can I come and see the hangers?
A: We are based in Albany, North Shore, Auckland. You will need to phone us on 0274 322164 and we will organise a time when we can show you the product range or if convenient we will come to your premises.
Q: Are the hangers good quality?
A: We supply a robust high quality hanger which has stood the test of time. Some high end hangers are imported from overseas partners. A wide range of 100% NZ manufactured hangers make up the bulk of our range. They are very durable and they look great.
